Juan Rodriguez - Founder and Executive Director of Winners' Circle XR Academy, Inc.

Juan is an accomplished educator, innovator, and nonprofit leader dedicated to empowering underserved students with access to cutting-edge technology and dynamic STEAM education. As the Founder and Executive Director of Winners' Circle XR Academy, Inc., Juan has created a vibrant Innovation STEAM Hub in Providence, Rhode Island, where students in grades K-12 explore emerging technologies like robotics, virtual reality, and esports.

Under Juan's leadership, Winners' Circle has partnered with local schools, served hundreds of students through after-school programs, summer camps, and hackathons, and inspired the next generation of learners to excel in STEAM fields. A strong advocate for equity in education, Juan's programs focus on bridging the digital divide and fostering opportunities for Black and Brown students in Rhode Island.

Juan also recently launched NextGen Classrooms, an organization providing professional development for educators and community workshops, further demonstrating his commitment to innovative education. His vision and dedication continue to impact the lives of students, families, and educators across the region.
