SUBMIT VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM BELOW AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL WITH PAYMENT DETAILS.

Please note: Because this is a family event, there will be no naughty wellness boxes or sex items/toys sold at our celebration. Also, Juneteenth RI is not authorized to sell tobacco or liquor/wine products. Juneteenth RI Committee reserves the right to deny any application if the vendor's product or service is illegal, brings harm to any individual or does not add value to the purpose of our cultural vision.

Registration does NOT guarantee your spot so it's important that you pay as soon as possible. Vending spots are limited and are on a first come first served basis.

  • $125 per spot small business/organization

  • $200 per spot large business/organization
