ALL VENDORS: 

1. Each spot is a 10 x 10 Space / Tent

   • $150 per spot small business/organization​

   • $225 per spot large business/organization

2. Tents must be no larger than a 10 x 10

3. We do NOT supply tables, tents or chairs

4. Once payment and food certification is received, we will email your registration ticket, load in and load out instructions by May 22nd

5. All vending payments are non refundable and non transferrable.

6. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled prior to event date due to inclement weather.

FOOD VENDORS:

1. If you are selling any food at all, you have to be ServSafe certified https://www.servsafe.com/access/ss/Catalog/ProductList/22

2. All Food Trucks must be Licensed by the State in which the truck is registered

3. All Food Trucks must also apply for a license through RI State and Providence

4. No open flames under Tents

5. If you're cooking food, you must have a fire extinguisher

6. Place wires & cords under a mat to avoid slipping or tripping

7. Your ServSafe certificate must be sent in with your payment. Do NOT pay if you have not attached your ServSafe certificate - We will refund your money.
